At Concrete Collaborative, we take pride in our handcrafted architectural products and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process for standard, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the products in their original crates or packaging to prevent breakage during transit, as concrete is a heavy and fragile material.

• 3.
  Arrange Logistics

  Ship the items back to our designated warehouse using a freight carrier of your choice; please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a standard 20% restocking fee.
