We ship our products via specialized freight carriers. Items are securely crated to prevent breakage and delivered curbside to your specified residential or commercial address.
Do you offer international shipping?

How do I maintain and clean my concrete surfaces?
We recommend using pH-neutral cleaners and avoiding abrasive chemicals. Regular resealing every 1-3 years is suggested to maintain the integrity and stain resistance of the surface.
Can I request samples before placing a full order?
Absolutely. We offer 4x4 inch samples of our standard colors and finishes so you can experience the texture and tone in your space before committing to a project.
What is your return policy on architectural products?
Due to the custom nature of our concrete products, we do not accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged during transit, please document it on the Bill of Lading and contact us immediately for a replacement.
